Morning class: 8am - 10am
We start the class with a quick warm up and get straight to work. Our fighters run before class, and all levels are welcome to join them. They leave the gym at around 730am heading towards the beautiful Nai Harn lake and beach.
After warming up, we will either work on different sparring combinations, high intensity dutch style drills, repeated high intensity combinations with a trainer, focusing on skill work. You will still get your pad rounds in, whether its the traditional 3x4 or HIIT style rounds!
Afternoon Class: 4pm - 6pm
This session is similar to a traditional Bangkok fight camp style. You'll get 5x4 rounds on pads with a trainer, in the mean time you get your bag work in, then we spar and clinch. This is a grind session!

This covers training for 1 week, Monday through to Saturday, as many sessions as you like!
