Policies
1. Bookings & Cancellation
- Students can book classes online through our website.
- Packages can be booked by emailing info@powerhousephuket.com.
- We have a no-refund policy for all bookings (classes or packages), but we’re happy to change dates subject to availability.
- If you cancel a package booking, your deposit is forfeited.
2. Membership & Pricing
- Prices for training and packages are listed on our website.
- Payment for training must be made upfront before your first class.
- Package bookings require a deposit, with the balance due prior to arrival. Full details are provided via email.
- 10-class packs are valid for 3 months.
- Weekly and monthly passes cannot be put on hold.
3. Safety & Conduct
- Everyone training at Powerhouse is expected to behave respectfully towards trainers, staff, and fellow students.
- Sparring is not fighting. Students must spar with control and care to avoid injury. Anyone sparring inappropriately will receive a warning and be closely monitored. Continued unsafe behaviour will result in being asked to stop sparring and train on a bag instead or you may be asked to leave the gym.
- Trainers have full authority during classes. Please follow instructions at all times. If your
behaviour disrupts the class, you may be asked to leave.
- We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, discrimination, or violence.
- If your behaviour outside of the gym has a negative impact on the reputation of the gym, you may be asked to leave. No refund will be provided.
4. Health & Medical
- Students must disclose any relevant health issues before training.
- All students should understand the inherent physical risks of Muay Thai and take personal
responsibility for injuries that may occur.
- Proper warm-up and safe participation are encouraged at all times.
- Powerhouse may refuse participation if a student appears unfit or unsafe.
5. Onsite Accommodation
- Visitor Registration: If you wish to bring a visitor to your room, they must first register with the office. Unregistered visitors are not permitted in the accommodation areas.
- Respect for Others: Please be mindful of other guests staying onsite. Parties or disruptive gatherings in rooms are not allowed.
- Zero Tolerance for Illegal Behaviour: Any illegal behaviour will result in immediate removal from the property. In serious cases, we may involve the police.
- Room Care: Please keep your room clean and report any maintenance issues to the office. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
6. Privacy
- Personal data (contact details, sign-ups, CCTV) is used only for necessary communication or to ensure safety within the gym.
- Photos and videos may be taken by our social media team and used on our social media
channels or in promotional materials.
7. Class Etiquette
- Please arrive before class starts and be ready to begin your warm-up.
- Shoes must be removed in training areas.
- Please show respect for Thai culture, follow trainers’ instructions, and help maintain a positive training environment.
